CANCELLATION POLICY
CANCELLATION MORE THAN AN HOUR BEFORE:
Cancelling or rescheduling at least one hour before the beginning of your appointment will not result in any fees. Please try to give us as much notice as possible.
CANCELLATION LESS THAN AN HOUR BEFORE:
Cancelling or rescheduling within the hour of your appointment will result in a fee equivalent to 50% of the service cost, charged to the card on file. This policy is in place to protect our barbers.
CANCELLATION AFTER START OF APPOINTMENT:
Cancelling or rescheduling after the start of your appointment time will lead in you being marked as a No-Show, resulting in a fee equivalent to 100% of the service cost. This policy is in place to protect our barbers.
LATE POLICY:
We have a strict 10 minute late policy. If you do not arrive within 10 minutes after the start of your appointment you will be marked as a No-Show and we will not be able to fulfill your service. If you arrive late, within 10 minutes of your start time, the service duration may be shortened and the full service cost will still apply.
NO-SHOW POLICY:
If you fail to show up for your appointment, without prior notice, the full service cost will be charged to the card on file.
EXCEPTIONS:
We understand that emergencies and unexpected situations may occur. If you believe your cancellation falls under exceptional circumstances, please contact us to discuss your situation.
REFUNDS:
Fees resulting due to any of the above policies are non-refundable and will be charged to the payment method on file.
