  • If you need to cancel your appointment, and it is more than an hour before the start time, you can do so via the Square Go booking app.
    If it is less than an hour’s notice, you need to call the location of your appointment to cancel.


    Our official Shop Policies are as follows:

    CANCELLATION MORE THAN AN HOUR BEFORE:
    Cancelling or rescheduling at least one hour before the beginning of your appointment will not result in any fees. Please try to give us as much notice as possible.

    CANCELLATION LESS THAN AN HOUR BEFORE:
    Cancelling or rescheduling within the hour of your appointment will result in a fee equivalent to 50% of the service cost, charged to the card on file. This policy is in place to protect our barbers.

    CANCELLATION AFTER START OF APPOINTMENT:
    Cancelling or rescheduling after the start of your appointment time will lead in you being marked as a No-Show, resulting in a fee equivalent to 100% of the service cost. This policy is in place to protect our barbers.

    LATE POLICY:
    We have a strict 10 minute late policy. If you do not arrive within 10 minutes after the start of your appointment you will be marked as a No-Show and we will not be able to fulfill your service. If you arrive late, within 10 minutes of your start time, the service duration may be shortened and the full service cost will still apply.

    NO-SHOW POLICY:
    If you fail to show up for your appointment, without prior notice, the full service cost will be charged to the card on file.

    EXCEPTIONS:
    We understand that emergencies and unexpected situations may occur. If you believe your cancellation falls under exceptional circumstances, please contact us to discuss your situation.

    REFUNDS:
    Fees resulting due to any of the above policies are non-refundable and will be charged to the payment method on file.

  • We are street parking only.

    If you are visiting out Northern Liberties Location, there is a paid lot across the street that is also available. Click here to book a spot & for more info.

  • Come as early as you like- as long as you’re here by the start of your appointment time. Feel free to hang out prior & enjoy a complimentary drink at the bar. Click here to take a look at what we currently have on tap.

  • We do accept walk-ins. We highly recommend booking an appointment though, as we do book up fast.

  • We accept all payment methods: cash, credit/debit cards, mobile payments, digital wallets, etc. There are also ATMs at both locations.

    Please Note: Tips are cash-only.

  • Yes! All of our barbers are experienced in every hair type and texture.

  • Yes! We are always hosting fun, after-hour events at both of our locations. We’ve done everything from First Fridays to comedy shows and concerts. Follow us on Instagram to stay up to date on any upcoming events.
